INDEPENDENCE, Ky.--Huge team effort gave the Simon Kenton Pioneers an opening season 4-0 win Tuesday.
Evan Sims got the ball past the goalie three times and Elliot Gough scored once. Ayden Theobold grabbed an assist and Nick Seger helped with three.
Goalkeepers Lane Chatterton and Kade Spauling each had three saves to keep the Camels scoreless.
